Hangin' with Cousin K on Thanksgiving
Last week was my first Thanksgiving, and even though I am too young to enjoy mom's turkey and stuffing, it was fun meeting more of my family for the first time. We had Grandma and Grandpa over, plus my second cousin Bernadette and her boyfriend, Michael.
It was also my first chance to spend some extended time with my cousin Kaden, Uncle Chris and Aunt Kaicia. Here is a picture of me with Uncle Chris and Kaden with my dad.

My First Halloween
My first Halloween was great! It all started when my parents took me to Carpentaria to pick out my first pumpkin. First, we stopped by to pick up Grandma and Grandpa (and had time to pose for a picture).
My mom has been going to this same pumpkin patch since she was only a year old, so it's a family tradition.

Then, on Halloween, mom and dad took me to a street fair in El Segundo with my friend Kai, and his parents John and Christine. See below for a picture with dad and me in front of a scary ghost.
Check Out My Room
I guess you could say that I am already destined to be an astro physicist with the way my parents have decorated my room. The pictures on the wall are real photos from the Hubble Space Telescope, which is cool.
Plus, I really like to stare at the big inflatable planets that are hanging in the corner. Can you guess which planets they are? Saturn, of course, plus Jupiter and Neptune.
What you cannot see in these pictures is my nightlight hanging on the opposite wall. It is a replica of the moon and it lights up in all of the various phases. I just learned what "waxing gibbous" was, but don't ask me to actually pronounce that.

The Grand Entrance
On Sunday, September 21st, at exactly 7:29 p.m., I entered the world! I weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Below is a picture of me sleeping (although it was mommy who probably needed the sleep most after 25 hours of labor).
Just a few hours after I was born, I had my first vistors! My cousin Kaden, Uncle Chris, Aunt Kaicia and my grandparents all stopped by to say hello. I had to hang out in the nursery for a few hours, but Kaden got a chance to peek in through the window.
The next day, it was great to meet my grandparents in person for the first time. This is a picture of Grandma and Grandpa holding me in our hospital room, as well as Auntie Michele.
